About Saboc International
SABOC founder Sue Baird has nearly 30 years’ experience in learning and development delivery and HRM consultancy. Having trained in the UK, she returned to Ireland in 1995 and established SABOC. Sue has worked with many organisations across the hospitality and tourism sector and also with airports, airlines, golf courses, spas, leisure centres, and retail.
Sue partners with LEO (Local Enterprise Offices) across 4 counties providing HRM business mentoring and training programs to LEO clients. Sue provides similar services through Skillnet and Leader Partnerships.
On a personal level, Sue has a zest for growing people’s potential that started as a sports coach and developed into L&D as a career choice. Her hobbies are as wide and diverse as the clients she works with and includes aviation/flying (private pilot license holder), tennis, trekking, travelling and history.
